How do you guarantee color consistency between different batches?
We utilize high-precision spectrophotometers and 15 automated coating lines to maintain a strict color deviation tolerance of ▲ E < 1.0. Every batch is recorded in our digital database, ensuring that re-orders match the original production perfectly, regardless of the time interval.
What is Metamerism, and how do you prevent it?
Metamerism occurs when colors match under one light source but differ under another. We prevent this by testing every custom sample in a Standard Light Box under multiple sources, including D65 (Daylight) and TL84 (Store light), ensuring a stable visual identity in any environment.
Can you match a color from a physical sample instead of a RAL/Pantone code?
Absolutely. Our lab is equipped to perform 1:1 Reverse Engineering of physical samples. Simply send us a small piece of your desired material (metal, plastic, or even fabric), and our specialists will create a precision paint formulation to replicate it on aluminum.
How long does the custom color matching process take?
Typically, the laboratory formulation and initial “Color Chip” production take 3-5 working days. Once you approve the physical sample, we can proceed to mass production on our high-speed lines immediately.
Does choosing a custom color affect the gloss level or durability?
Not at all. We can customize the Gloss Level (from Matt to High Gloss) independently of the color. Whether it’s a solid, metallic, or textured finish, we use premium PVDF (Kynar 500) or PE resins to ensure the same 20-year durability standards.
